At Actors this season, Lila has assisted for Jo Bonney, Jon Jory, and Chay Yew. She also developed and directed numerous ensemble-devised and original solo works with Actors Theatre’s Acting Apprentice Company. Recent directing work includes 27 Ways I Didn’t Say Hi to Laurence Fishburne (Actors Theatre’s Acting Apprentice Company), Anne Washburn’s Apparition (performed in an Old Louisville Victorian), Karen’s Party (a site-specific piece about hauntings, which she also co-devised) and Edgewise (Cherry Lane Studio, NYC). Lila received her B.A. from Yale and will return to New York this spring.
