
Rachel Lerner-Ley’s credits at Actors include assistant dramaturg on Absalom, Brink!, Under Construction and Wild Blessings: A Celebration of Wendell Berry. A graduate of Smith College, she is the author of several short plays and one-acts, including What Makes a Man (A/ICompany’s The Tens). After Actors, Rachel plans to continue writing while pursuing her interests in community-based and ensemble-generated work.
Rachel has also worked with Barrington Stage Company, Hartford Stage, and New York Stage and Film’s Powerhouse Theater Apprentice Program. As a writer, she has had several of her plays produced throughout her home state of Massachusetts. Her play Winter Requiem was produced by Smith College last spring.
